This glittering golden cube contains a selection of paintings by the Austrian artist Gustav Klimt, a Symbolist painter and one of the most prominent members of the Vienna Art Nouveau (Vienna Secession) movement. Klimt's primary subject was the female body and his works are marked by a frank eroticism. One of the world’s favorite painters, Klimt became one of the founding members and president of the Wiener Sezession (Vienna Secession) in 1897.
