| Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili (A.L.F.A.) was established in Milan on June 24, 1910, and changed its name to Alfa Romeo in 1918. Alfa Romeo moved from the production of selected racing cars to mass production in the first years after World War
II, but their strategy has been to produce cars destined for the public market made with the same engines as the Alfas that had triumphed in
racing. The Alfa exteriors, created by some of Italy's most talented
designers, have maintained all the beauty and power of their racing
cousins. All the items in this Historic Alfa Romeo Collection were produced for the Registro Italiano Alfa Romeo by Made in Museum for the 90th anniversary of the Targa Florio. They are hallmarked by the R.I.A.R. as a Limited Edition
